As usual, the so-called update says absolutely nothing, and he continues with his stupid story that the government in Sweden or Norway will have to pre-approve legal personal bank papers. Maybe this can happen in Iran, but defiantly not in any democratic western country. Mike have told many lies - this is one of the biggest and the one easy to look up. Call your local customs center and ask if your country by law have to pre-approve personal bank papers.

About 25 counrties have been emailed regarding customs docs.

Most of these countries are with large number of members and others because of the Regiems running the countries.

There have been a few replies from some countries that they do not pre apporve anything until stuff comes in and that was expected.

Other countries have not replied yet and 2 emials were bounced. Go figure on that. (Gov email Bouncing) I can only imagine what these 2 countries were but since I do not know, I will not comment further.

So far the biggest concerns are the debit cards and Cashie Cheques thata will be sent in the packages with all these banking regulations and government regulations on money being sent in what ever form is getting complicated in this world we live in.

No desisions have been made yet as to how to proceed but we do expect some news very soon.

Banks and Lawyers including the People behind the seen are looking at options.

I can not get into these details but it is looking good and there may be a solution that will make everyone involved happy. this means the people trying to get this done and just as important you all.

Within the next few days to weeeks I should have more info so please hang in there.

If we go for the option I am voting for, then this will be it, sonner than later.

So a bank needs to send a request to Denmark in order to send a package, or Denmark gives me permission to fly to HK to get my package??? WTF - Mike cant you hear how stupid this sounds?

And if Denmark refuses to reply upon the request, then I wont get a package? Damm Im happy I only waste my time on you in this forum here and not lose more funds.

In Scandinavia, EU, and UK you can open all the foundations you want, as long as the financial institute accept you as a client. The IOS / tax department gives a rats ass, as long as you personally inform them about your personal financial situation. And if you dont, the tax dep dont care as the bank will send in the information they have on you - also called KYC.

Once again, read The Panama Papers, The Malta Paper, The Estonia vs Danske Bank case etc.

How about those who actually live in HK, did the request got send out there? After all if the (imaginary) funds comes from abroad, then its considred as foreign income or assets then these are not taxed, a diffrence in up to 17% witch is the amount of tax you gotta pay if the (imaginary) funds comes from HK. 

Damm, not only are you are full of it Mike Poulos, but also a lousy financial adviser, with basically NO knowledge, regards banking what so ever, just a little pathetic scam artist.

Once again a ton of useless crap. Most people that live in the west, and with an IQ above 10, knows that all kind of travels cost a lot more, even double up from June to September as it’s the freaking summer season. Next I wanna go to HK, why is it that Mike have to look into this matter? Is it that he wants to put more dollars in his own pocket - again. 

Now I’m not a member, and I ,ay have lost a lot in translation, but I strongly believe that HSBC wanted to SEND out the packages from a local branch, so why waste time and money going to Hong Kong? In closing Mike Poulos there are lots of other airline companies and it is possible to travel on economic, we are not all in a position where we steal a lot of money and only fly first class.




I do ask all of you to remember that I am the messenger here so please do not take your anger out on me. 

All I can tell you all is that we are moving forward like no one  has ever before.
Regarding the Ex Fdtn members, there was also an other issue with the travel agents.

This is in no way putting any delays on anything from what I have explained above but so far, most of the agents that have been approached have been very greedy in regards to pricing the tickets.
So, as examples, say you were to go to HK on Business from June 1, return on June 8, a ticket would cost about USD$6,000 on Business and $12,000 on first class return. The agents we were looking at was over $8,000 for business and $15,000 for fitst.
This is just one example.

The people in HK are looking at going directly to Cathy Pacific for travel for the Ex Members as travel agents that they have looked at so far have been way off in the pricing.

If any of you have doubts, please feel free to go to Cathy Pacific web site and check for your self.
Now, there is a reason for us using Cathy Pacific and once you get to HK, you will understand it.

I can give more examples but I think that one is enough for this.
Again, this has nothing to do with where we are as all packages to to all members be it by snail mail or courier needs to be settled before anyone travels.
Bottom line for everyone here, we are working so that everyone gets what is due and we are working to get it done as fast as possible.

I know that there will be a few of you complaining so please do not put your frustration upon me as I will not accept it and I will send it back to you in ways you will not accept...

OK, so, the packages are all ready to go out.

Before the packages go out, Hong Kong needs to make sure that there will be no issues with Customs in any country.

What this means is that they need to check with customs pretty much world wide about the packages.

There are banking documents, debit cards, foundation documents and believe me, your country of residence will want to see what is in these packages.

Yes, they will know what you are getting but we did mention that taxes etc was not out problem.

People with foundations, Individual and Family, you will be fine as long asd your funds are over seas. We did say all along that when you take funds hiome, you will be held responsible for them.

To avoid any problems or issues, the shippers will be checking with all of your countries regarding the documents you will be receiving.

This is the world we live in today and by far, it is not fun for any of us.

For anyone wondering why this is needed, well, here is the explanation:

All snail mail, courier or any other packages going to any country will pass customs in your country. There is no way around this. (Feel Free to check on this is you wish)

So, to avoid any unpleasant surprises, it was decided that Hong Kong would advise each and every country of what they are sending out, +DOCUMENT WISE+ so that once they arrive, there would be no issues.

If there are issues, we will know in advance and will be able to work with them to be able to send out all the documents.

You may say that "Hey, I have sent out documents many times and have never had a problem" I would agree with you but I would also ask you if you have ever sent pout 1,000's of packages at one time? 

Love to know the answer to that....

At any rate, we do not expect any issues but then you never know from some countries and I will not mention them.

Things have changes in the past 10 to 20 years or so and it take much longer to send a document overseas.

One example, I sent a simple document to ST. Louis in the US last week and it took 7 days via FedEx... Use to take 3 days. I also sent one to NZ the same day and ot took 6 days to get there do imagine over 14,000 packages going out.

Years ago it would of taken 3 to 4 days at most...

Now, to make thins easier, all doc going out will be sent from your home country. So what will happen here is that all docs going to the US will be sent fromt he US, all docs going to Canada, will be sent from Canada, All doces going to Australia or any other country will be sent from that country.

What this means is that any one getting snail mail, will get your docs from USPS in the US from the US, if from NZ, they will be sent from NZ, if from Sweden, then sent from Sweden etc.....

With the courier option, all form Hong Kong.

This will make it faster but sill needs to go via your home country customs and that is the issues that Hong Kong is working on.

This will take a little time and I have no idea how much time it will take but it will get done.

This is the final line of defenece people. We are here. We need to get though this final hurdle and we are there.

Now, for the Ex Fdtm members, once this is done, we will get the travel notice.

Yes, I did say over  and over March or April and even the past few days I keep on this but since the packages need to be sent at the same time that we are in HK, there is nothing that I can do about this.

Some of you will be upset or even angry and so be it.

We can not get out of stuff done without the packages safely sent out to the members here.

This is the reason I am texting the Ex Fdtn Members on this update and not on the Private channel so that everyone knows what is going on.
