As there is no gold and no foundations it seems just a lot more hot air from a blithering buffoon struggling to keep the facade alive. According to him, his latest promises will come to fruition in about a month or two after which it will take another few weeks for payment to the members. Nothing like such exacting information from a thief who specialises in procrastination. But one certainty remains - no one gets paid ever as there is not anything to pay.
